Return & Refund Policy

At LABONNI LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple and transparent return process.

 

Easy Returns

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Before sending back any item, you must contact us first at info@labonni.com to receive return instructions and authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Returned products must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories (if any).

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase once the returned item is inspected and approved.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first to arrange the return.

  • Alternatively, you may request store credit for returned items. Store credit will be issued once we receive and approve your return.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry

  • Items marked as final sale or non-refundable

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@labonni.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will provide a replacement or full refund.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. LABONNI is not responsible for lost return packages.

Processing Time
